General Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the terms and conditions for booking, payment and execution of passenger and parcel transport services offered by ALPINE RIDE TRANSFER, a VTC company registered with the RCS, whose head office is located at 112 montée des Choseaux, 74540 Gruffy.

2. Services offered

ALPINE RIDE TRANSFER offers the following services:

Private urban and intercity transfers.
Transfers from/to airports (Geneva, Lyon, Grenoble, Chambéry, etc.).
Transfers from/to train stations (Annecy, Aix-les-Bains, Chambéry, Grenoble, etc.).
Business partnerships and events (seminars, conferences, weddings, business trips).
Express parcel transport in France and internationally (small volumes and pallets).

3. Reservation

Reservations can be made via the website, by phone or email.
The reservation is confirmed only after receipt of written confirmation (email or SMS).
Any specific requests (bulky luggage, special times, transport of specific packages) must be specified when booking.

4. Rates and payment

Prices are communicated at the time of booking and confirmed by quote or email.
Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, cash (within legal limits) or via a secure payment link.
Prices include fuel, driver, professional insurance and transport costs.
Any additional costs (tolls, parking, supplements) remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise indicated.

5. Annulation et modification

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the service.
Cancellation between 48 and 24 hours before departure: 50% of the amount will be charged.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before departure or absence of the customer: 100% of the amount will be charged.
Reservation changes are possible subject to availability.

6. Customer Obligations

Respect the agreed meeting time and place.
Seat belts are mandatory for all passengers.
Any damage or deliberate soiling of the vehicle may result in additional charges.
Animals are accepted only upon prior request.
For parcel transport: the customer guarantees that the contents entrusted are legal, non-hazardous, and comply with current regulations. The customer is solely responsible for the contents of the package. ALPINE RIDE TRANSFER is not required to verify the contents and declines all liability in the event of non-compliance, customs confiscation, or damage related to the nature of the transported item.

7. Obligations of the carrier

Provide a compliant, clean and insured vehicle.
Respect safety and traffic rules.
Ensure confidentiality, courtesy and professionalism during the service.
Inform the customer in the event of a delay or major unforeseen event.
For the transport of packages, ALPINE RIDE TRANSFER only takes care of the routing, not the contents.

8. Liability

ALPINE RIDE TRANSFER is insured for the transport of people for a fee (Professional Liability and Traffic Liability).
The company cannot be held responsible for delays due to causes beyond its control (traffic, weather, checks, etc.).
For the transport of parcels, liability is limited to total loss related to transport, excluding any liability for the value, legality or nature of the contents.

9. Complaints

Any complaint must be sent in writing (email or letter) within 7 days of the service.

10. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall be brought before the competent courts of the company's registered office.
